Order Cancellation
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support with your order ID. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they will have been processed for shipping.
Refunds
Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the item. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
